about me

I've spent nearly 20 years working across health and community sectors. What I've learnt is simple: sustainable change happens when the people affected help design the solutions.

Across my career, I've specialised in program design, strategy development, leadership, capacity building and partnerships. This work has secured major funding, achieved national accreditation standards, contributed to regulatory change and delivered programs with positive outcomes.

My approach centres community voices and lived experience, using this wisdom alongside research and best practice to create solutions that actually work in the real world. I've worked across mental health, gender equity, rural health, climate change, chronic disease prevention, violence prevention and disability inclusion.

Now as a consultant, I help organisations design programs, strategies, training, partnerships and resources that create lasting impact.
